How the day goes

Morning: breathing practices, gentle exercise or yoga — then breakfast together, getting ready for the day and planning the route. 01

Day: yacht crossing, sea, teamwork with sails · exploring coves, coastal towns, wild beaches and trails · hiking, qigong, bathing. 02

Activities: snorkelling, encounters with dolphins, exploration of lava fields and wild forests. You choose your level of involvement. 03

Evening: cooking dinner together or going to a restaurant · Open Dialogue (Sharing Circle) · starry sky and silence. Sharing Circle is a form of group communication in which participants gather in a circle and take turns sharing their thoughts and feelings — without interruption or criticism. 04

Route: Tenerife → La Gomera → La Palma → Tenerife. A flexible route through the ocean with exploration of oceanic islands, lava fields, wild forests and encounters with dolphins. The route may change depending on weather conditions and the wishes of the team. Climate: air +20°C / water +18°C. 05

Oceanis 46.1 — a modern, spacious sailing yacht with all the necessary amenities: motorboat, bed linen, yacht insurance.

Climate

Air temperature: +20°C. Water temperature: +18°C. The Canaries in November — warm, sunny, with steady Atlantic trade winds.

Safety

Licensed captain, yacht insurance, motorboat on board, life jackets, radios and first aid kit.

For those who are ready for water adventures, love active recreation in wild bays, want to explore oceanic islands and hidden beaches, and are seeking communication with like-minded people. No restrictions on age or physical fitness. No sailing experience needed.

This is absolutely normal. Two solutions: 1) The captain shows you how to adapt your body. 2) Standard motion sickness pills work perfectly. In 7 years of practice, 100% of participants coped with this — regardless of age and gender.

None at all. You will be under the supervision of a licensed skipper throughout the entire journey. You can help with the sails and learn — most participants do — but it is completely optional. Here, no one forces you to do anything — this is your retreat, your rhythm, your space.

Airports: Tenerife South (TFS) or Tenerife North (TFN). Meeting point: Marina Las Galletas, Tenerife. Start: November 07 at 14:00. Finish: November 14 at 09:00. We fully assist with transfers from the airport to the marina and back.

Full participation fee: 980€ — includes the yacht with all amenities, motorboat, bed linen, insurance, licensed captain and all activities. Additionally: 200–250€ for food, drinks and fuel (shared between group). Refundable deposit: 300€. Instalment payment available.

We are near the shore 80% of the time — internet is fairly stable. Many participants use this week as a partial digital detox and say it is one of the best decisions of the trip.

Light clothing and a warm layer for the evenings, swimwear, comfortable non-slip deck shoes. The captain will send a detailed packing list 2 weeks before departure.
