Frequently asked questions
This type of holiday is suitable for people who like active holidays but value their own comfort and safety. There are no restrictions on age or physical fitness. We would like to see people who support a healthy, active lifestyle.

Optional, but not necessary. On the day of the sailing start, some of the crew will buy food for the whole week at the nearest large supermarket.

This is not a problem, we mostly sail close to shore in shallow water. The main thing is to follow the skippers’ instructions on safety rules. Practically on every yachting trip we have people who can’t swim, it doesn’t affect their involvement, teamwork and inner transformation.
They are minimal, depending on the time of year and location. The captain will send a list of clothing 2 weeks before the start of the sailing.
