      Licences from ISSA

International – operate in the external waters of any country in the world without territorial restrictions.
Unlimited – perpetual, does not require reissuance, unlike some other associations' documents.
Day/Night – allow you to operate your boat at any time of day. This is particularly important as there are licences restricted to daytime only. Our course includes a night crossing, so you will have both the necessary skills and the legal right to drive at night.

      FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

On the theoretical part, groups of 16 people are trained, but on the practical part, students come in groups of no more than 4 people, so that everyone can go through all the moments that can be encountered in the open sea or ocean and then successfully pass the exam.

Knowledge of theory and successful mastery of practical units must be demonstrated.

Training can take place in Russian, Ukrainian and English, depending on the group.

The ISSA International Licence allows students to rent a boat/catamaran anywhere in the world (except Russia, USA and PRC) and go as far as 20 miles (~32 km) from shore.
